Before doing the sigil meditation I use to feel very lethargic . I was never getting up fresh in the morning I used to feel so tired all day inspite of doing nothing . But after you gave me the sigil intention for my health I feel energetic and I get with a lot of freshness n energy. Also my sugars have been in proper range . It has done wonders to me.
